4. Optional: `POST https://api.ordercore.ai/v1/orders/{orderID}/confirm` — move the order `pending` -> `confirmed`. Safe to repeat.

Outbound webhooks are a separate surface: register an endpoint for the `checkout.completed` event. Creating or confirming an order does not itself emit an outbound webhook.

That is OrderCore's core guarantee, verifiable in three curl calls with no account. The grant stays narrow: orders create/confirm/cancel, onboarding/demo-data, and opening and completing checkout sessions. Completing one creates the order but takes no payment — `POST /ucp/checkout/sessions/{id}/payment-intent` is the one checkout route left out, so nothing reachable with this key touches a card.
