Start the first-key flow

Use this form when a merchant is not onboarded yet and still needs the first OrderCore API key. The request lands in the internal bootstrap intake queue and support can provision the tenant and key from a single admin screen.

What happens next
Try self-serve issuance first. If the merchant is new and eligible, OrderCore will issue the first API key immediately. If not, support can still review the intake and finish provisioning.
When to use this
Use it when the merchant does not have an API key yet. If the merchant is already onboarded, go straight to /console.
